Where do you ship?
The first release ships from China to street addresses in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship to US territories, APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes, or other countries.
How do I view my order?
Use the secure link in your confirmation email or request a new link from the Find Order page.
When will my order arrive?
Orders normally require 3–5 business days to process, followed by approximately 7–15 business days in transit from China. Customs and carrier delays may extend this estimate.
