Returns and refunds

We accept eligible return requests made within 30 days after delivery. Contact support@example.com before sending an item.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Send your order number and clear photos within seven days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund. We cover reasonable return shipping for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Other returns

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for tracked return shipping. Original shipping charges and import or clearance fees are not refundable unless required by law. Do not send a parcel until support has issued return instructions.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks may require additional processing time.
