Orders are normally prepared within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email when the order ships.
Transit time
Standard delivery from China is estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch. Customs review, carrier disruption, severe weather, and remote destinations can extend this estimate. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Delivery area
The first release ships to street addresses in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. US territories, APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes, and destinations outside the United States are not currently supported.
Tracking, import charges, and loss
A tracking link is emailed after dispatch. Any import duty, tax, or carrier clearance fee not explicitly included at checkout is the recipient’s responsibility. Contact support if tracking has not updated for 10 business days or if a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located.
Address changes
Contact us promptly if the address is incorrect. An address cannot be changed after the carrier has accepted the shipment.
