Information we collect
We process contact, delivery, order, device, and payment-related information needed to operate the store. Complete card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by FunThing.
How information is used
Information is used to fulfill orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve site reliability. Transaction email does not enroll you in marketing.
Service providers
We use Supabase for order data, Resend for transaction email, and Sentry for error monitoring when enabled. Our payment and hosting providers process information under their applicable privacy and data-processing terms.
Retention and security
Secure order-access links expire after 30 days. Operational security logs are retained only as long as needed to investigate abuse. Order, tax, fraud-prevention, and customer-support records are retained for the period required by applicable law and legitimate business needs, then deleted or anonymized.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting support@example.com. Some records must be retained for tax, fraud, or legal purposes.
